Odesa Addons

Three cute World of Warcraft addons named for Odesa: a sakura roleplay emote menu, a per-character mount stable, and a cat fact card.

Overview

Odesa Addons is a little family of World of Warcraft addons, all written in Lua and all named for Odesa. They share the same five color themes (Sakura, Wisteria, Meadow, Tide, and Duskwood for dark mode), so you can restyle the whole set from a row of swatches and your pick is saved.

Odesa Emotes

A floating, draggable emote panel for roleplay. It collapses to just its title bar, resizes from a corner grip with the buttons reflowing to fit, and scrolls with the mouse wheel instead of a clunky stock scrollbar. A minimap flower button (or /odesa) toggles it.

  • Around 110 built-in emotes sorted into 9 categories, from Happy and Love & Sweet to Battle Calls that play your character's actual voice lines
  • A My Emotes editor for writing custom text emotes in-game, with your own category tabs, reordering arrows, and a curated icon picker (no emojis, only in-game icons)
  • Name tokens: %p becomes your pet's name and %t becomes your target's name
  • Starter packs like Sakura RP and Pet Pals that seed once and stay deleted if you remove them

Odesa Stable

A mount picker for people with 700 mounts and 5 alts. Blizzard favorites are account-wide, but the stable is each character's own hand-picked set, stored per character and realm. Click a mount to ride it, or hit Surprise Me! for a random pick that skips anything unrideable where you are standing. The Customize window has search, an only-my-favorites filter, a one-click Add All Favorites, and a confirm-guarded Empty Stable.

Odesa Cat Facts

Inspired by the Bird Facts addon: type /cf and a themed card pops up with one of 65 real cat facts, with no repeats until you have seen them all. There is a Share button that sends the fact to your group or raid (perfect mid-queue content), an Another! button, and an optional surprise timer that pops a fact every 45 minutes and politely stays quiet during combat.
